Return & Refund
Thank you for choosing SLOW beachwear! Our goal is to provide a transparent, simple and fair refund process. Please read the rules, in which cases and in what order the refund is made.
1. Right of withdrawal within 14 days (If the product does not fit or you do not like it)
If you have received your order but would like to return it or exchange it within 14 days in accordance with EU regulations, please see our detailed terms and conditions and use the electronic form in the section: Right of withdrawal
● Important hygiene condition: Since swimwear and beachwear are intimate goods, for health and hygiene reasons, a refund or exchange is only possible if the product has not been used and the hygiene sticker on the panties is completely intact .
2. Refund process and deadlines
Once your return has been received and inspected by our studio, we will send you a confirmation email stating whether the return has been approved (taking into account the condition of the hygiene labels).
● Where the money is transferred: The refund amount will be automatically transferred to the same payment method (card, bank account or PayPal) that you used to make the purchase.
● Processing time: Refunds are processed immediately in our system after the product has been inspected, but it may take 5 to 10 business days for the money to appear in your bank account (depending on the rules of your bank or payment institution). The maximum refund period set by law is 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal request.
● Shipping costs: If you exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal and return the entire order, we will also refund the original standard shipping costs (if any). The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs themselves.
3. Defective goods (Defect)
Quality is our priority, and each design is carefully checked before shipping. However, if you have received an item with a manufacturing defect (e.g. damaged fabric or seams):
● Please contact us immediately by emailing: info@slowbeachwear.com and attaching a photo of the defect.
● In such cases, we will cover all return shipping costs and will primarily offer a free repair or exchange of the item for a new, identical item. If an exchange is not possible, we will issue a full refund.
4. Non-refundable transactions
Refunds are not made in the following cases:
● If the item has been worn, washed or has visible signs of use (cosmetic stains, perfume, etc.).
● If the hygiene sticker on the swimsuit has been removed or damaged.
● If the product is made to your individual order (personalized sizes or models).
● SLOW beachwear gift cards are not exchangeable for cash.
Shipping:
